Difficulty with communial downstairs door, difficult to open

I loved the location of this property, it was ideal for my requirements. It was quite and spacious with everything I needed

I found nothing to complain about during my stay

Easy information about collecting keys

Needs more info on which key to use and the knack of opening the door.

I like the rooms, the heating and wifi is excellent. The location is very close to the shop which is an added advantage.

Lift is not there.

The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood, and it's impeccably clean

The location was excellent and any issues I had were dealt with, within seconds! I'll definitely book here again.

No lift to the top floor, and I had a lot of stuff! This is not the fault of the property owner though, it's the building design.

location was great, quiet block, equipped with everything we needed. Had a problem with the boiler, but texted maintenance guy and he told us how to rectify. Given it was a Sunday night I as impressed with the extremely quick response. It was a 30 second easy fix.

There was a smell from the drains occasionally, which was unpleasant. Not the apartment’s fault as I’m sure it was not just our accommodation, but all the apartments in the block.
