Cost-effective choice

The apartment had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, despite being listed as non-smoking, which was quite unpleasant. There were no toiletries provided, which was inconvenient. Additionally, all the sofas were covered with towels and throws, giving the place an untidy and makeshift feel. In addition, you have to pick up the keys from a different location—not far, but still inconvenient. The woman who handed over the keys took a copy of my passport, which raises serious concerns. Under GDPR, this is not legal unless there is a clear, lawful basis and proper explanation of how the data will be handled. No such explanation was given. I would appreciate it if the property could confirm that the document has been deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

It was very easy to book and deal with the office staff on arrival.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, all attractions are within a 10-minute walk.

problem with parking. pay close attention to the signs in the yards. There are places for free parking, but you will need to check with the locals where you won't get a fine.

It was very cheap and not far from the train station and city center. The host only speaks Russian, but written communication wasn't a big problem.

The apartment was pretty good to sleep for 5 people, but eating breakfast was a challenge since we had to convert the living room into beds. Some electrical outlets did not work and we couldn't get the microwave to function.

The flat smelled very bad but we bought a lot of aroma vanilla candles to make a nice smell in the flat. Also, the flat was damp and moist In the morning you wake up and take your clothes and it's a damp and cold.

Location is good, although keep in mind that flat located at 4th floor and there are no elevators

The property very ran down and extremely dirty,all beds heavily stained ,all bedding some old second hand with smell.
