Another enjoyable stay at this lovely, clean, comfortable flat. Perfect location for Eastbourne seafront & walking into town. It has everything we needed, including hairdryers, well equipped kitchen, washing machine (that does a super quick wash option!) & drying rack. The beds and living room sofa & chairs are super comfy. It really is a home away from home. Thank you :) p.s. The youngest child found the toys under the bed this time!

The residential area the property was located was ok, nothing spectacular, but, just a short walk to the seafront and you will smile, nothing like being close to the beach! The property was as equipped just as described in the listing, we had everything we needed, bus stop nearby to easily get to the town centre and anywhere you needed to go, the cab firms all charged the same very reasonable fares which was great to feel that we were not ripped off. All the info the hosts gave was excellent! Communication was great, very prompt! Was great value for money too! :-)

the only negative would be the drainage, whether it be the bath/shower water or the sink, am guessing the problem maybe external and beyond the control of the owner, I don't really know, but was ok, wasn't bad enough to worry about

Breakfast wasn’t included. The flat was well laid out and nicely decorated. Nice walk along the sea to Eastbourne and there was a nice cafe where the fish huts were.

There was no coffee on arrival and only a couple tea bags. We were able to get them from the local shops the following morning. More toilet paper and milk would have been good. More local info would have been good, perhaps restaurant recommendations and also details like when the buses stopped running. We hadn’t realised that they stopped at 9:30. Itinery of bandstand concerts, museums etc. etc.

Getting the keys was a super simple contact-free process. The property was super clean and we had access to all of the required facilities. The area was also super lovely.

Parking available. The location is central and close to the beach. Budget affordable.

Beautifully decorated, everything we needed was there to self cater. Comfy beds. Really excellent quality accommodation!

A security light might possibly be useful outside just for safety going up and down the steps when it’s dark.
