Great location in Eastbourne near beach and easy walk or drive to local attractions too. A last minute booking very swiftly dealt with with all the details needed for our stay immediately. Lovely clean space, spacious and very comfortable and all at a reasonable price. Lots of takeaways and convenience stores in walking distance to get supplies and food. Despite being in large residential area, very quiet away from main road.

Was worried before about parking but needless; very easy to park outside on the road outside property.

Great position, really spacious snd had parking nearby. Perfect for visiting friends snd the beach!

The single beds need new or better mattresses and better quality bedding perhaps. Only one key available. 2 would be better. In that either one locked the front door ( unsafe if a fire or emergency) I always go out for an pre breakfast but my friend stays in bed. The name implied a sea view or beach view there isn’t. The tv reception was poor.

Loved this apartment, bigger than I thought, nice & quiet plenty of space for 4 adults even my sister & chap would of been able to stay if I had known as plenty of room. I liked the way the bedrooms wasn't close together especially if you have the kids. Comfy beds nice kitchen to sit in for breakfast. Rooms decent size as was the living room. Loved the bits & bobs around the flat and they left sachets of tea, coffee biscuits etc which was great. Parking no problem. Location superb near to the beach left from house and left again. Beach kitchen café on the way delightful food not greasy café food. You can also get the bus at the end of the road into town center but only 15 min walk. Crown & Anchor pub at the back of Shore view hotel lovely food & events. Right 1st left & right to Chinese, fish & chip shop & Tesco express which came in handy. Would love to come back as near to Treasure Island which is brilliant for the kids. Didn't bring my dogs but marvellous its dog friendly as very clean. Loved it all and will be back if not this year definitely next year and stay for a week. Thanks for a fab stay. Forgot to write in book but handy to read as that's how I found Tesco Express.

Beautiful apartment a short walk from the beach and lots to do for children. The air show was on during our stay, which was wonderful

The cooker didn't work very well and the kitchen window didn't open but this was a minor inconvenience which didn't put us off as we extended our stay!

Super comfy beds, very clean & welcoming decor. Had everything we needed and fantastic location.

Quiet location and close to the beach.

There was coffee, milk,cookies,sugar and a wondeful English tea! Very quiet location. Well equipped kitchen, nicely decorated rooms, washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Separate living room. Parking available on the street.

The double bed in one of the bedrooms was for us too narrow. But the remaining other two beds were were comfortable and wide enough.

Not many reasonably priced supermarkets nearby, would advise having a car if staying here.
