Hood flat, spacious and comfortable.

I dont understand requirements to wash your dishes after the stay when you pay 180 per 2 nights. Obviously you dont leave it full of food etc but one pan and a mug should be washed by the cleaning crew or owner cashing a lot of money per night. Its not a cheaper b&b or discounted accommodation.

The room was clean and presented well. It had all The things we needed for a few days and the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The bathroom although small was adequate. All in all a positive experience

There was a strong drain smell as we entered the building, it smelled like cooking cabbage and wasn’t pleasant. The room at first seemed smell free, but the cleaner hadn’t long left. When we returned after our evening out the smell in the room was awful. The only way we could manage the smell was to leave the bathroom light/fan on constantly. The area was a little grim, the street is lack lustre but the rubbish from the bins in the back alleyway adjacent to the end of the street where the apartment is located was truly disgusting and attracted seagulls and I’m sure other vermin. Looks terrible and needs attention., though not anything to do with the property it makes the area look run down. The location in relation to the beach and amenities is excellent. As it was Airborne and this was the reason for our visit we expected the price to be inflated, £100 per night. I would expect to pay less at other times.

Eigentlich gute und zentrale Lage in ruhiger Einbahnstraße. Die nahbei auf der Straße stehenden Müllcontainer ziehen leider Möwen an, von deren Gekreisch man dann ab Tagesanbruch (im Juli morgens ab 4.30 Uhr) wach wird.

Location and ease of check in/out.

Unfortunately, in terms of cleanliness there wasn't enough attention to detail for me. For example the kettle was caked in limescale meaning I couldn't make myself a hot drink. The whole place lacked basic TLC and found the whole studio (bar bathroom) in carpet very unhygienic, carpet also traps odour. Everything from the toilet paper to the cutlery felt cheap, especially for the price,it was more on par with a hostel. The cheap privacy film on the windows were peeling. The terrace lacked any privacy, which was very misleading from the pictures. There was mould around the shower cubicle. If it were to be fitted with a higher spec, I might stay here again as the location is good.

Clean, tidy, modern, all equipment worked. I used cute microwave. Nice TV. The bed was comfy and the bed linen was lovely, soft and clean. Good hairdryer, great shower and plenty of hot water quickly. Convenient location.

No cafeteria - I should have brought one, but last year's accommodation one was provided.

Location was great and the facilities were great and very clean,would be very happy to stay here again.

The only thing I would like would be a shelves in the bathroom. But that is the only thing that would be better the whole apartment was great.
