Close to the pier & town facilities.

Parking wasn't easy.

The location was very good it was 2 mins walk to the beach and 5/10 walk to Iceland and the city centre. It’s only 12 mins walk to Eastbourne train station.

There was no iron and iron board.

Cute little studio with balcony. Clean and modern. Super comfy bed!

Not the property’s fault but very noisy neighbours.

Very nice cozy, clean studio with a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, stovetop, cooking pans, electric kettle, etc.) Perfect location, close to everything: center, beaches, pier, shopping, restaurants. The excellent Wi-Fi signal. The building is easy to find (15 min walk from the train station). There was a mistake with instructions in the first message from the owner, but the communication was very good so the correction was sent immediately. Definitely, I recommend Pier12. Many thanks to the owner for the pleasant stay!

Just what we needed and great location

Apartment had everything we needed for a good stay.

You couldn't get away from the anti-social noise and behaviour outside (day or night), the area is blighted by drunks, junkies and revolvers of which you can hear everything.

Staying at Pier12 was great from start to finish. Great location, great set up. Had everything you need (apart from oven, but you can easily make do). Had a mishap with the door code but someone was out in literally 30mins and it was sorted. Could not fault them. Definitely intend on returning.
