The room was basic but had everything we needed.

The location of the property was poor. Near lots of communal bins that rubbish was emptied into at all hours. The street was dirty, noisy at night and not a pleasant place to be.

It was well kept and everything you need in a small studio accept the pillows need replacing !! And very easy entry system thank you and we sorted out our over night parking but not in the street

Unfortunately the road not very well kept around our accommodation and it was very noisy especially at night and well into the early hours With very loud people hanging around !!

It was clean

Property needed updating massively. Loo seat loose. Back door difficult to lock. Nowhere to put stuff other than a couple of hooks on back of door. Kitchen supplies were scarce. Only 2 plates, 2 knives and forks, tea spoons etc. location near coast but v run down too. Not an area of Eastbourne I’d ever return to. For what was on offer this was not value for money.

The room was fine and nice and clean. A little bit on the small side but ok for the money paid to stay.

The property is in an absolutely awful street. Very noisy both day and night with drunks and drug fuelled individuals loitering around, shouting and swearing loudly almost all of the time. (See photo taken at 11.00 a.m. when we were checking out). Sometimes we felt quite nervous for our safety even though the access was by a door code. We didn't sleep for the whole of our 3 night stay because of this. I would not ever return there to stay and if you are going there as a family with children, my advice would be don't even think about it.

This is an exceptionally well appointed mini apartment, spotlessly clean and in a very central location, close to the sea front and to the town centre.

The parking can be an issue. It's pay & display on the road outside, Monday to Saturday till 6pm. After that you can park for free, but it's very well used parking, so you'll be lucky to get a spot.

The seagulls were too noisy and the shop alley throwing glass bottles were so noisy
