"A great location."

The location was perfect so close to the beach and the town. The facilities were clean and had everything we needed, even a courtyard. We loved it and would definitely stay again.

We found the sofa bed slightly uncomfortable.

Location was good. A few yards one way & you were at the beach & pier. A few yards the other way was the busy shopping centre.

Close proximity to local restaurants etc meant noisy extractor fans , bins & seagulls foraging

The bed was comfy and a cosy idea.

The blinds where broken. The window was broken, the shower was broken, the toilet seat was broken. It wasn't clean. The fan was very dirty. It said sound proof. Yet traffic people and birds could be heard all through the night. It was not a quiet area people shouting through the night. The shower ran hot and cold and when I moved the shower head it fell off the wall.

Comfortable bed and shower. Mainly very calm and very near the town centre.

i would have liked to be able to lock the windows. Not much room to store food.

"Lovely little room close to be beach and town centre."

The location was great, close to the town centre and the beach. The was a secure car park near by and also off street parking, free on Sundays and after 6pm. Lots of great places to eat.

The surrounding street wasn't the prettiest, it was back of the shops and restaurants, so lots of bins/rubbish around.
