Lovely, spacious and clean property in a great location for the sea front, shopping centre, restaurants, theatre and train station.

Not that it could be helped by the owners, - extraction fan from nearby restaurants was very loud.

The room was on the small side

It was brilliant. Great organisation who kept in touch. Will use again when visiting family.

Well planned space in spite of its size. Tea/coffee making facility within the room.

When you open the windows, you can hear loud conversations from across the hotel.

The location was good in relation to Eastbourne front. Not the neighbours surrounding it or back of the restaurants.

The area the property is in, the neighbours surrounding it, the rear of the local restaurants and noise, the smell of weed whilst on the stairs.

It’s a great studio with basic facilities to self cater on a small scale. Located a short walk from the pier. Restaurants and bars nearby

Noisy street when windows open but when shut no disturbances.

It was a great location, quiet and comfortable

People smoking cigarettes outside the front door and it was extremely hot inside the apartment

The room was the perfect size for our short trip with everything we needed. I appreciated that there was a fan in the room as well as it got very hot during the nights that we stayed.

Unfortunately the flush button got stuck on the toilet, and was just continuously flushing at a slow rate. This happened in the evening so was too late to get sorted. We understand that this happened once before and a someone was due to repair it the next morning. It didn't inconvenience us as we were still able to use the toilet only the noise from the constantly flowing water.

Location,modern feel.

Outside noise late at night and early morning .The frosting on the window was a little claustrophobic, Venetian blinds might have been better choice.

No.8 us a lovely modern apartment very centrally located. As it’s ground floor we had the benefit of a little terrace so could open the door and let cool air in. I pre-booked NCP for 3 days rather than worry about street parking, especially as Airborne was on. Cost £20 which I thought was very reasonable.

The people that hung around outside in the evening but there isn’t much the host can do about that. The pillow, to hard and high… will bring my own next time.
