3 Queens Gardens Sea View Apartment

Easy access. Parking permit to help with parking. Warm flat. Comfortable living and bedrooms. Very clean. Location was just what we wanted close to pier and beach and restaurants. Host also left a welcome bottle of bubbles which is always very lovely. Thank you! We cooked one night in the kitchen and there was everything we needed.

This property is in an excellent location! It is perfect for families! There is tons of space and everything is in walking distance!

Finding parking is a little bit tricky at night but we were able to get parking passes from the host.

Lovely comfortable and spacious house .i liked the fact there were 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great that there was a cot and highchair but that was not well included in the list of amenities.Also being so close to the seafront was an extra delight.. we enjoyed the view from the lounge.

I did not like having to park 10 minutes away and worrying to move our car in the late evening so we dont get a parking fine in the morning. There should be permits for those staying at the property.

the wear and tear of done of the furniture including the stained settee and the pillows smelled unwashed, so we washed them all the first day we were there. at least detergent was provided for that but it was not nice for the price we paid. the location is terrible for parking and in a run down part of Eastbourne so you had to be careful at night. as a result we couldn’t sleep with the windows open as we didn’t feel very secure there.

Everything I will definitely be booking again

Few more cleaning products and vacuum just to keep on top of cleanliness while we are there

Very roomy, comfortable accommodation. Lovely fluffy towels and comfy beds. Great location. We had a wonderful stay.
