Flat was gorgeous plenty of room close to everything. Ideal for us all as we were there for a wedding

The en-suite in the large bedroom could use a little TLC but fit for purpose

Huge lounge from which you can see the sea! Plenty of space. Kitchen really well equipped. And Stewart was super helpful and fast to respond. Venny, the housekeeper, likewise. Thanks to both of you.

The location is perfect. Clean and nicely furnished. Very high ceilings typical of Victoriana. The owner is very accommodating.

Lack of parking, especially with disabled. Flat not as advertised is NOT for disabled lots of steps inside and out. Lots of DAMP patches. On suite is tiny, I am average build and found it tight. Double bedroom downstairs is pushed against the wall, so whilst a compact area for hard of walking or of an age, with bath next door, it was/is hard to access the bed.

"A clean, cozy and sophisticated sea view apartment at a convenient location"

Great location with a supermarket and a Chinese buffet restaurant in 1 min walking distance though we didn’t dine there. All sorts of restaurants and shops in 5-10 mins walking distance also. Eastbourne Pier is just the opposite side of the road. The apartment got everything you needed for a home life. Sophisticated kitchen with full set of cutlery and utensils and even basic condiments. Clean and cosy apartment, heat alarm in good condition as I accidentally hang up a jacket too close to one of the radiators which triggered it. Clear instructions from the housekeeper Venny for the washer-dryer (instruction booklets for all appliances are in the cupboard though) and the use of parking permit. It’s a thoughtful arrangement for giving us the resident-visitor parking permit but getting a parking slot nearby is an issue at the weekend but it seems unavoidable. N.B. We love the gorgeous Eastbourne scenery photos in the apartment!

Some suggestions for add-on: Consider to add a kind of protective coating on the sofa in the sitting room. Lids for cups, peeler, floor mat/ towels for the toilet floors, hooks on the toilet doors for hanging clothes.
