Good location, clean and tidy property, suited our needs

Nothing wrong with the property, but on street parking was very tricky and expensive

The place was amazing! Far exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for us all. It was just perfect.

Very central location, near town and beach. Lovely airy sitting room to socialise together. Having two bathrooms was very beneficial, both with good showers. The kitchen was modern with a generous dining area. All very attractive with excellent decor and furnishings internally.

Unfortunately a couple of things let it down. One being unable to park a second car outside the property which was not communicated to us at the outset (although passes were provided for one car). The balcony areas were not as advertised - the outside furniture had been stolen (as advised by Stewart) but no attempt had been made to replace it during our stay of 11 nights. The balconies also were flooded (blocked guttering) and dirty.

We were met with keys and shown around the property which was very helpful.

Although there is parking and very helpful to have permits to use, the spaces to park nearby are very limited.

Lovely large lounge, beautiful fire place and nice view. Well-equipped kitchen, even tea, coffee and Prosecco! Nice little suntrap balcony. Loved the pictures everywhere. 2 bathrooms. En-suite shower was excellent. Everything spotless. Flexible check-in/out. Great location. The owner and housekeeper extremely helpful.

Floorboards were a bit creaky

The apartment is well situated, spacious, in good decorative order. The kitchen is well supplied. The beds are comfortable and linen fresh/ clean. The caretaker gave us a cheerful and helpful welcome.

Although we realise this is beyond owner's control, the street area is unkempt.

I'd booked the apartment for my family to stay in as we were all visiting from overseas for my wedding, and it was perfect for a group: tidy, really well equipped, plenty of space and in a great location near the beach. Communication was great and both Stewart and housekeeper Venny were really helpful and friendly. Would 100% recommend.
