Balconies could be spruced up a bit.

The host is super helpful and accommodating, going out of his way to support our needs and help us organise our stay to fit our schedule. He also responds super quickly to messages. The beds are comfy, the house clean and spacious, and the kitchen well equipped.

It’s very spacious especially on the ground floor and clean overall! Only downside is the tiny en-suite bathroom on the first floor.

Good position for centre of Eastbourne. Well furnished and equipped with everything you might need

There was some noise from the above flat- something unavoidable in converted houses with floorboards though.

the location was perfect for walks and easy access for shops and transport the apartment was clean and spacious with everything we needed i would stay there again

Unfortunately the refuse bins overflowing on streets which obviously has nothing to do with landlord we have had a wonderful stay

Everything about this property was spot on. We will definitely use again.
