The Garden Loft

warm and cozy. very quiet and private. very spacious.

needed a chopping board and small coffee table. we were worried we would spill drinks as nowhere to put them while Watchung TV.

We enjoyed the peaceful quiet area, the facilities were excellent and we felt free to be ourselves. Kitchen was well equipped, with everything we needed. We used The Loft as a base for visiting places of interest, train station nearby with good service we used several times.

Bed was not very comfortable

A very spacious and quiet place to stay in the countryside with field and garden views. A good variety of cooking utensils if self-catering. Good communication from the host but they choose to leave you to it so no meet and greet which we prefer. A good selection of dvds and board games were available which is great if the weather is poor. Nice modern appliances available with a newly fitted bathroom with a great shower. Ideal location if attending Southwood Hall.

We found that there were a couple of lights not working in the bedroom and I guess they just needed the bulbs replaced but luckily the other bedside lamp worked. We weren't keen on the bed sheets and it felt as if the mattress protector was a waterproof one so it did get quite sweaty in bed. We also felt that the option of spare pillows would be good as only having one each made it difficult for a good night's sleep. Soft bath towels would also be nice as the ones we had were a little rough and scratchy. The balcony was a lovely addition but it wobbled quite a bit when on there so it was a bit scary. We also felt that asking that the bin bags were left outside was a strange request

it had everything we needed.

it could be ether sign posted…if it’s advertised as the garden loft maybe it could have a sign with that on. didn’t get access to the property for 6 hours because we didn’t received any details, the host was on a flight to Ibiza and we couldn’t get hold of them. they were apologetic but refused any form of compensation. the floor downstairs was very slippery as it was wet.

Quiet and private location that's handy for Bewilderwood, Pettits Zoo, Great Yarmouth etc. and even Cromer. Very good fitted kitchen that made home cooking an option. Enough space for six people. Excellent bathrooms.

Extra chairs for the dining room would have been good.
