Easy access, very comfortable bed, nice and warm

A few little things could be improved - a toilet roll holder, a small coffee table to put a drink in as I had to perch it on the arm of the chair. I think some welcome tea and coffee wouldn’t go amiss (although I was aware nothing would be provided).

All facilities excellent. Really convenient for us visiting relatives in nearby Cantley. Easy access to Norwich, shops, coast and woodland walks. AND bonus...... quite a lot of geocaches in this area!!!! Thank you

the location, outlook and space

its a little spartan, some bigger towels and an outside light would have helped. A little hard to find the entrance drive.

Warm, cozy well equipped, very quiet location. Owner messaged all useful information ahead of our arrival, so although we didn't meet them we had their personal contact information should we have any queries.
