Location was excellent for where I wanted to be breakfast not applicable

Could have had a mirror in the bedroom with access near a plug socket for hair dryer

Nice and quiet

Shower water pressure was low Settee not the most comfortable

A little more outside space would be nice.

Excellent, very well equipped. Fabulous & convenient location for the Broads.

A sink plug or washing up bowl would be useful as it was not worth me using dishwasher for very few bits. Toilet seat needs properly fitting.

Really impressive. Pleasant environment. Great parking. Wonderful facilities and had everything I needed. Have already rebooked. Comfy bed and sofa and spacious throughout.

Nothing. I liked everything.

I stayed for 5 nights with my 10yr old son. I came prepared with my pillows but, I didn't need to as the duvet and pillows were comfy and inviting. We had lots planned so we were out every day until early evening. It has a well equipped kitchen to cook meals (although a tin opener would be an addition as I had one tin with ring pull and one that needed a tin opener) Close to Pettitts adventure which we had planned to visit. Great Yarmouth which we love is close by however, Lowestoft is a bit more of a treck as you have to go towards Great Yarmouth and then onto Lowestoft. There is a great selection of games and dvds which we watched/played over 3 of our nights. It is extremely private even though the host lives very close. Would definitely stay again.
