"good just minor issues that could be easily rendered"

there was no where to put wet clothes coats and boots no doormats etc for muddy boots

Location is in a block of 4 flats just behind the pub, lots of parking and just 1 minute to the harbour front. Apartment was spacious and well equipped, bedding was very good quality and clean. Good size bathroom and shower cubicle. No noise from neighbours. Very reliable wifi. Enjoyed the food and drink in the pub, good portions and a fair price.

Block itself a bit tired looking but flat has been spruced up, although front door very stiff to open due to newish carpet underneath and there is a cracked pane of glass in the vestibule. Electric heaters took a long while to warm the flat. 2x2 seater sofas, but only 1 is comfortable, and had to vacum under it when I moved it out of the corner to sit on.

A warm welcome by friendly staff at the Harbour Inn. The apartment is clean, warm and a few steps from the Inn where the food is fabulous. Highly recommend the breakfast!
