Old Town Studios, Corfu

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement, il est extrêmement bien situé, il y a beaucoup de restaurants et commerces à proximité. Des places pour la voiture sont pas loin pour se garer, nous avons eu 2 petits soucis et l’hôte a été très réactif ! Je recommande vivement ce logement tout était parfait

The location was amazing, everything in the old town was within about a 10 minute walk and plenty of restaurants and shops were around. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the bed was comfy! Netflix on the tv was a nice added touch.

Die Lage war top, die Geräusche u leckeren Gerüche von unten gehören dazu🙂 Alle Bilder simd authentisch, Bequemes Bett, alles sauber Schade, dass die Dusche vorne offen ist, wird halt,trotz Vorsicht, Alles nass Kleine Küchenutensilien fehlen noch 😉( Sieb für Nudeln.. The location was brilliant but hard to fall asleep as the area is very busy. I loved the terrace. Clean bathroom and kitchen

The beds were horendous, far too hard so i got backpain and hardly slept. Too little sheets or blankets

Absolutely fantastic location but unfortunately that was it a poor condition and was in need of a good proper clean and lots of repairs

The whole apartment was really run down. The toilet seat in the small toilet was off the seat and floor was in disrepair. The apartment was not very clean. The beds were clean but the edges and corners of all the rooms were dirty. The double bed was like sleeping on a hard board. The air conditioning in the living were the sofa bed was not working properly as it did not cool the place at all. Ithe kitchen was grotty with a dirty tea towel and dirty worktops and dirty inside the cutlery drawer. We only slept in the apartment. Had we been able to cancel and get a refund we would have cancelled after the first night and moved to alternative accommodation . On arrival we were told the sofa was only a sofa to sleep on and not a bed. After a complaint I was told how to make it into an actual sofa for our 2nd and 3rd night after my mother had slept in the first as just a sofa. The owner also did not acknowledge my complaint about the broken toilet seat only regarding the sofa bed. Thankfully we were only there for 3 nights and we spent all day out sightseeing and we eat out. This apartment should not have 3 yellow dots for genius level as it’s really run down and need a deep clean and an upgrade. Booking.com should review the level it has given this accomodation

Posizione molto bella e comoda, nel vecchio e tipico quartiere veneziano, a pochi passi dal vecchio porto e da numerosi ristorantini, Appartamento particolare, assolutamente retrò, con alcune scomodità, ma che dà un sapore di vecchia Grecia. Dispone di una terrazza sui tetti privata dove è un piacere prendere il fresco serale.

Non sono critiche, ma avvertenze: essendo in un vecchio palazzo storico, bisogna affrontare delle scale ripide e il bagno principale, con vecchia vasca, è separato dal corpo principale dell'appartamento, al piano superiore. Inoltre, dato il rumore della vita notturna in zona, bisogna dormire con le finestre chiuse e i condizionatori in funzione.

Having read the reviews more closely after booking I was a little worried about my choice. However I found much of the criticism misplaced. The apartment is in a fabulous location, and the hosts could not have been more helpful in their communications and welcome. We loved the terrace, the lounge we used as a second bedroom and found the sofa bed very comfortable. It was no trouble to go upstairs to the terrace and all you have to do is wedge the door open. No other people pass this way. During the day with the windows and shutters open the apartment was bright and sunny. The noise was negligible in the evening once the windows were closed. Overall we had a fabulous time at the apartment. Thank you to Spiros and to Luca.

My only observations would be that a sharp knife for fruit and vegetables would be welcome as would a bread knife. And a tea towel or kitchen roll would be helpful. The air con in the lounge is much less efficient than that in the bedroom.
