No staff as its self check in, you recieve an email prior to arrival with garage code and lock box code gor your key to the apartment. Totally self contained, full kitchen, full laundry with washer and dryer and soap powder supplied 👍 It was close to some eateries for walking distance and a short drive to Hervey Bay Boat Harbour club for dinner. Beach access across the road and the sunsets are amazing 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms both with fans and aircons so well set up for hot summer nights. Will we stay again, yes definitely was perfect for our needs and since ill be traveling to HB yearly now gor family reasons ill try and book here 1st.

Only thing that let it dwn (slightly) is water pressure for shower, but hey no big deal, 3rd world issues lol

Loved how thoughtfully this unit was prepared ... clean, fans going, plenty of kitchen utensils platters even an esky to take over to the beach and beach toys for kids. Felt so at home. Would love to stay again.
