Pet friendly well maintained..good for 2+1 person..hall room is excellent..kitchen facilities superb..location is perfect for mall lover..

Parking is payable i.e 400/night to be paid by guest..location is bit tough for self driven car owner..

We visited Darjeeling for 2 nights, goal was to relax and chill around a bit, taking a break from the bustling tier1 life. This is a very tidily maintained apartment building above 'New Vaishali hotel' right on the Gandhi road. (you can enter from the hotel entrance as well as the back door which takes you up a steep slope) Views? Saw the Kanchendzonga range evening(right after checkin), morning and evening the next day, the even the next morning. Saw the hills in front of us getting a downpour. The whole town is visible from here, and this place is clearly visible from atop the Mahakal mandir. Views are a 11/10 The kitchen. You name it and it has it. A good water purifier is a bonus. Dining hall is within the space and you can enjoy if you want to cook and have the meal. There is a operational geyser as well for doing dishes. Washroom is superb. Clean and no problem of exhaust. Living room has a proper functional google TV and we had a good time watching some youtube and a movie. The best thing? the views from the living room having a pateo. Bedroom is cozy and no complaints regarding the attached washroom.

Cons: We didn't find good option to order any food from the restaurant down below. Had some black tea, and it was a 3/10. Recommend to have food outside if you're not planning to cook. Sound-- The place right on top of the main exit road of Darjeeling, hence car honks are expected from 4am till 5pm. You might not have a peaceful sleep.

1. Centrally located. Close to The Mall.

1. Linen, toiletries, towels are very basic and could be better. 2. The property is four independent rooms, each with its own door, lock and key. 3. En-suite bathroom has no running hot water 4. Room has no heating. Room heater is Rs 300 extra per day.

Location was excellent

Cold. Lack of heating. All the rooms separate by a stairway landing. Too many keys to handle. A large key for every door. Many of the amenities listed were not available.

Had a wonderful experience at Ki Kiba Dhee. Hats off to Mr Pawan for his excellent hospitality and courtiousness. Hope to vist again.
