I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy and comfy homestay. It is very well thought, keeping all basic amenities in mind and surprisingly well-maintained. Definitely worth the money. The best thing is it's situated in a prime location, giving easy access to everything. The balcony has a very serene view. Really really would like to come and stay here again!

Just a suggestion, if a pair of slippers would be available at the property, it would be great because darjeeling is a cold place, and travellers usually don't carry slippers.

the view is very nice, the care taker was attentive and responsive and finally the location is very convenient.

the windows are very thin and the street is very busy and loud. unexpectedly we had to pay for heaters. additionally this is not an apartment. it is the top floor of a hotel therefore the workers and residents have access to the floor. also the bedroom, living, kitchen and bathroom are separate quarters which you need to lock up with different keys. it is very unhandy and not very secure. the amenities needed a lot of explanation on how to use them and were very unreliable, hot water for the shower is a mere drizzle if working, the tv has one or two channels working, the living has an intense smell of alcohol.
