"The unit itself has a very great view of Davao City, and it is situated in a very accessible location."

Almost all essential items are available which makes it feel like home.

It is on the higher floor and the elevators are limited to only 2.

Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Die Aufzugsteuerung. Das Condo war im 23. Stock und von den 3 Aufzügen war einer defekt und die anderen beiden sind immer parallel gefahren. Immer beide entweder oben oder beide entweder unten. So kommt es zu längeren Wartezeiten. Aber da kann der Vermieter ja nichts dafür.
