Wisteria Cottages are self catering cottages in a beautiful village location

The cottage is lovely, really clean and well maintained. The hosts friendly with warm greetings. Everything as it should have been and comfortable with huge bed and good shower room.

Only the weather could have been better!! But but not the hosts fault!!

Location was great and it was a comfortable place to stay The bed was ok aswell. Everything you need it’s in there for a short stay.

The sofa in the living room was too small.being a 2 person sofa we could not lay down and relax . The bathroom had one mirror on the side so I felt that a mirror in front of the sink would be more appropriate. I had to shave and it wasn’t very comfortable so had to use my mobile camera to shave in front of the sink

It's a lovely spot for peace and quiet. Our hosts were great and went above to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

The cottage was spotless and in a secure, private ( and pretty!) environment.

Beautiful location. Beautiful, well kept gardens. Beautiful small cottage. Beautiful decor. Fabulous facilities. Clean. This would have had 10/10 for every score if the following is fixed. It is a shame to write it down but the experiences below reduced comfort, hence the mark down. I would not recommend this cottage for couples at the moment. Or for longer stays. And would be wary of staying in winter! The host is very supportive and as this has been commented on before, I am sure this will be fixed when the impact is well understand. So, I am trying to be helpful! It can easily be changed with some imagination.

The sofa is small, hard, faux leather. There is nowhere else to relax in the evenings (except small dining chairs). There is no TV in the bedroom so cannot easily escape into the bedroom to relax. I found the sofa small for one. I really do not know how two people would cope. Also, the heating is centrally controlled. (And, in fact, it didn't seem to be working). Whilst I understand heating bills are very high now, temperature can be very personal. And on the first night I was cold and could not turn it on. Despite effort, the rads did not come on and I suspect due to central thermostat; rather than not working. These two aspects greatly reduced my enjoyment which is a shame as it is lovely and I would return despite this if in the area.

A lovely cottage in a quiet village location with beautiful views. The cottage was spotless & very well equipped. One of the owners, Helen, met us upon arrival & gave us some useful information about the area. She was very friendly & made us feel very welcome.

It was a beautiful cottage and had a lovely terrace to sit out on. The host came to say hello and was there if we needed her but not intrusive. Very peaceful and relaxing

Couldn’t get a taxi on the Saturday night after our meal !!

A nice quiet, secure location with a lovely view of the hills. Very clean, beautifully decorated, and the property had everything I needed.
