Apartamentos Rocamar el Medano

Location is great. Property was clean & tidy. A wonderful sea view. Nice and quiet considering how close you are to facilities.

A tea towel would have been useful. More than one socket in the kitchen would have been useful. (Microwave, kettle & toaster had to share a single socket).

La struttura ha una posizione fantastica, proprio in frontemare. I balconi si affacciano sulla camminata della spiaggia di El Medano. L'appartamento disponeva di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno il parcheggio per l'auto era molto comodo e facilitato dalla presenza della strada dietro la struttura.. supermercati e ristoranti sono a pochi metri di distanza.

Abbiamo trovato i copripiumini del letto lavati, ma con alcune macchie, forse indelebili. Abbiamo avvisato il proprietario, che ha immediatamente provveduto a inviare un addetto per la loro sostituzione. Le finestre erano rumorose, e le tende del salotto in cattive condizioni.

perfekte lage des balkons, keine bar/cafe in unmittelbarer nähe, deshalb abends und nachts auch sehr ruhig, küche normal ausgestattet, sogar etwas gewürze, öl vorhanden. internet war schnell genug und stabil für streaming, etc.

im gebäude etwas hellhörig, einige tage hatte ich kinder in nachbarappartment, die waren ein paar stunden relativ gut zu hören, aber abends geschlafen, somit nachts kein problem. appartment etwas abgewohnt, aber trotzdem ok, fernsehprogramm nur spanisch, keine deutschen sender.

Die Lage ist super! Vorderste Reihe am Meer, 2 Minuten zum Zentrum und zum Strand. Aber ruhige Lage ( bis auf die Wellen). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch super. Er war auch sehr bemüht als wir uns ausgesperrt hatten!

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber geputzt! Der Vermieter hat nach uns noch einen halben Burger unter dem Sofa gefunden, wir haben aber nie einen gegessen... Muss also noch von den Vormietern da liegen geblieben sein!... Die Dusche hat schimmelig gerochen und die Möbel waren etwas schäbig oder die Schranktüren hingen schief.

Great location. Overlooking the sea and close to the main town. Support from host Aurelio was very good.

Some noisy neighbours on night 1, but this was dealt with quickly. Much old equipment in kitchen and bathroom, not very clean. Newer living room IKEA furniture was all loose but we sorted this in 15 minutes. Needs more (newer) towels and cloths. Washing machine and coffee machine would be a great addition.

Location was spectacular. Fabulous views and loved the sound of the ocean.

Not really anything that we didn’t like.
