Toilettenspülung defekt, Schimmel in der Dusche, Schimmel in der Espressokanne, Dreck in den Schränken und Ecken, Ausstattung veraltet, Preis ist für die Vermietung viel zu hoch, da haben wir mehr erwartet.

No tv reception and no washing machine.. Also no hot water in the kitchen.

Kitchen and bathroom need updating key box very difficult to get into .

Lage und Ausblick. Für Singles und oder Paare ohne Kinder perfekt!!

Für meine Ansprüche hat es gereicht. Man kann halt nicht groß kochen und es gibt nur ein Fenster was dafür, um so schöner war. Dennoch kein eigener Balkon.

Excelente ubicación frente al mar con una vistas inmejorables. Anfitrión súper cordial y atento.

The view was the best at our apartment.

I have fallen in love with El Medano so the location is absolutely perfect, the 180 degree views are just incredible, with a gorgeous sunrise and sun on the balcony until late afternoon ( in January) The lounge and bedroom are lovely and bright, and freshly painted, the balcony (apartment 6) is a great size with a drying rack. Perfect for people watching and totally taking in the daily vibe. There is a little bit of noise coming from below but I loved being in the hub of it, and the direct access onto the beach for my early morning swims is really what made this apartment for me.

The apartment (6) is comfortable but certainly not luxurious! So if you’re used to a good range of utensils in the kitchen , fluffy towels and a super clean bathroom, then this may not be to your liking? I would love to return, and I hope by then the owners will have provided some wine glasses, a second smaller saucepan ( the only one they provide is way too big to boil one egg!) a set of matching new towels ( and perhaps relegate these to dry a dog or say to customers they can be used for the beach) , a kettle that switches itself off, and a new table for the lovely balcony? It’s just a few little things that would make it feel better value for money. At £101 per night I suppose I expected a little bit more in the way of facilities and luxury. But I suppose you’re paying for the view?
