Posizione ottima in centro città con tutto nelle vicinanze, la struttura era piacevole e accogliente e la disponibilità.

Le pulizie, abbiamo trovato capelli e il pavimento aveva ancora aloni dati dallo straccio.

A beautiful little apartment in the most perfect location, the main high street Laugavegur is literally at the end of the road, a 30 second walk! The apartment itself was so cosy with everything we needed for the most perfect Christmas stay. I can’t recommend it enough👌💙🇦🇽

Only that I had to leave!😁 Seriously though there was nothing not to like🫶

L’emplacement et propreté

Tout d’abord, sur Booking il est indiqué que le parking est inclus, ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas. Cette information est trompeuse et a clairement influencé mon choix. Ensuite, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise. Les bruits provenant des habitants/appartements au-dessus sont extrêmement forts : on a vraiment l’impression qu’ils sont dans la même pièce que nous. La première nuit, je n’ai pratiquement pas dormi et je me sentais mal à l’aise à cause de ces nuisances sonores. J’ai compris par la suite qu’il s’agissait surtout d’un problème d’insonorisation, ce qui m’a permis d’être un peu plus détendue la deuxième nuit, mais cela reste inacceptable pour un hébergement censé offrir du repos.

The location was exceptional, right by Bus Stop 9 connecting you to all major tours and buses. The bed was really comfortable and had the basic amenities.

It didn’t have a proper shower despite the description on Booking.com that a shower was an included amenity. It’s just a bathtub. it is also a converted basement so there were damp musty areas of the apartment so it didn’t smell great, and you could hear every movement upstairs.
