Nice apartment in the city center, really easy to move around from there, full of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from in the main street. Staff really quick to reply which is always a big plus. All perfect, would suggest it to anyone who's going to Reykjavik.

The location was wonderful, you could easily access bus stop #9 for activities & bus transportation. Restaurants within walking distance. The side walk up to the door was not frozen over like other side walks. This allowed me to not fall with my bags, getting them in and out. The property had all kitchen items. Washer worked, dryer not so well.

There is only the capability of a bath. You could take a shower with the handheld, however when you have long curly hair it takes time to wash your hair. Not being able to stand up without getting water everywhere was not easy. You can HEAR EVERYTHING UPSTAIRS. There are 2 apartments above you. You’re on the basement floor with ground level access. Also, the driver when getting food delivered with Wolf could not locate the building. It kept taking them to crossroad. The dryer worked a bit, enough to dry my clothes without the mildew smell. The bathroom toilet area is extremely cold at night, floor is cold. BRING SLIPPERS OR SLEEP WITH SOCKS.

Close to all the attraction. The kitchen was well equipped. Easy to heat up and cool the place as needed. Responsive host.

Not much. I enjoyed my stay and didn’t have any complaints.

Convenient walking distance from everything, plenty of space, comfortable bed.

It was just basement changed into apartment, that was fine, but was really audible every move from upstairs neighbours.

Location was excellent. Kitchen facilities were great. The apartment was always really warm and felt very homely.

No follow up on an emergency call I made during the early hours of the morning. There was no answer and no way to let someone know I was unable to get in to my apartment. Thankfully we got in ourselves
