Very nice little flat below the owners house. Handy location in the suburb we needed. Owner was very friendly.

Nice and lovely place with complete facilities. Landlords are friendly and helpful. Everything runs smoothly even facing a cyclone. 100/10 experience!

Sometimes can find cockroaches crossing, but not sure if the cyclone impacts

The area was ok

It was the worst experience ever. The owners who lived in the property behaved really rough and more than once they abused us. We had an extra guest at the last moment and when informed them that started shouting and abusing. When we suggested sorting that out through Booking.com,they demanded a lot of extra amount directly to them at once and They started threatening to the point that my wife and daughter started crying as they felt being physically abused. We had to pay whatever extra they wanted and after that the whole trip duration we hardly stayed at the property to avoid seeing the abusive people. We considered going to the Police and file legal complaint but we had other friends in different accommodation and had preplanned schedule so we decided just to let you know. These people should be banned and should be taken into legal action. No way harrassment should be tolerated.
