Cosy, self-contained and central to everywhere

It was just like being at home. Thank you for your warm welcome. I enjoyed my stay.

The hosts Griet and Lincoln were very nice people and their dog Wilson is very friendly. The accommodation was very nice and clean with all the things for self catering. The location is very good as well. A local bus is very close if you don't have a car. It is close enough to lots of things to see and do but far enough to be quiet if that's what you like. If I'm on the Goldcoast I will definitely stay again.

It was private, clean and had a good feel about it - very homely. And the dog was friendly. lol.

No breakfast supplies however kitchen facilities. Would have liked a small container of milk for a coffee on arrival.

Location very central to theme parks and beaches.

Property was very clean and tidy. Bath towels etc were fresh and sufficient. Bathroom was fresh with nice hot shower and sufficient water pressure. Close to theme parks, shops and amenities. We paid $550 for three night accommodation - somewhat reasonable during Christmas/New Year period for 3 people, I guess. Suitable if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower/leave you stuff and if you are happy with microwave or cold meals - in winter.

Needs split system aircon unit. Unit is far too hot in summer months. Air con is a very noisy single portable unit with wall outlet in the small living area only and not sufficient for the kitchen, bathroom and main/spare bedroom area. We had the aircon on to try and relieve the heat and received texts from the owners asking that we switch it off and also requesting entry to the property to switch it on/off - we were very unhappy with this. Unable to leave windows open in case of rain - owners request. There are no ceiling fans and only $20 Kmart portable desk versions - very noisy. Makes for a very uncomfortable night sleep and unable to cook, dry hair or apply make up due to dreadful heat in the unit. There is also insufficient exhaust fan in the bathroom. Beds are reasonable, bit hard to sleep on- bedding is cheap which meant the doona was all scrunched up at the bottom come morning and pillows were pretty poor. Whilst the unit was very clean, there was quite a few cockroaches and spiders - unit needs a pest spray. There was no BBQ to cook on as per ad. Kitchen is sufficient for a kitchenette - you certainly couldn’t cook in there in Summer. We had to leave and cook our meals at families home nearby and also to get ready when heading out for the evening due to the heat. There were constant rules - dont shower too long, don’t leave aircon on, hang your towels outside and only could wash clothes between 9a-12p (who wants to wait around for that when on holidays and with plans). Felt like everything was more about the owners, even though we had paid a sufficient amount for Air BnB accommodation. More like staying with an old aunt as opposed to holiday accommodation.

Lovely, self-contained accommodation. A particular win was the small room off the lounge. Great to be able to use the garden and pool as well. Would love to stay again.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Property was clean, well laid out and had everything you needed. Wifi was excellent. Cooking stuff was great. Location was good, not far to drive for things to do. Hosts were exceptional.

TV wasn't much good but I rarely used it. The hills around are very steep so you need transport although bus is very close.
