Spacious 3 Bedroom Family Apartment - CoastHM

The location was fantastic. The property was easy to locate, and checked in with ease. Lots of facilities are extremely close by. The rooms and bathrooms were lovely.

The kitchen facilities were somewhat lacking, did not have kitchen basics such as pepper, oil, cling film.

The living and dining spaces were spacious. Has WiFi and Netflix. Clean comfortable beds and towels for bath and pool. Kitchen had all the utensils you needed if cooking. Full laundry. The pool area and spa is very nice with plenty of lounges and there is a second pool accessible next door if this one is too hot.

NO Ducted Air Conditioning!!!!!!!! There was a sign saying so and the evap air didn’t work. It only had a small split system in the living area so the bedrooms were hot. One bedroom has two double beds a little cramped. The pool is heated great for winter but it was very hot when we were there so it wasn’t refreshing after a hot day and there was a strange smell about it maybe a water perfume.

liked everything the location, size of apartment, staff, layout and design definitely would book again

having to go to a different location to collect the keys was kind of difficult to find
