Great location, close to the beach and a walking distance to the city center. Sufficient space inside. Nice white towels. The furniture (except beds) is very nice. AC available.

After you open the main door of the property, it looks different than from outside. The apartment has one exit in an inner courtyard, common with other apartments, that can be very noisy depending on the other guests. There is a lot of light coming in through the shades in the night in both bedrooms, the floors are very squeaky, the beds are very squeaky, and the mattresses have springs that you really feel. The kitchen is not very well equipped, and going to the bathroom during the night is a challenge because there are 2 high steps before entering the bathroom and 2 inside, and you can lose some toe nails because of the difference between the room levels. One bedroom door is not fully closing. The owner was very pushy with the payment, and we did not receive a receipt.

The location of the house is very close to the seaside and to the old town. The house/courtyard cat is very welcoming :)

During the discussion with the owner, it felt like he was doing us a favour for renting us the house for only one night. The towel used when coming out of the shower was very dirty (could have been removed altogether) and there was no soap on the bathroom sink, which for me is basic hospitality requirement. The courtyard described is actually shared with others, and it feels a little intrusive since even the bathroom window is oriented towards the courtyard.

The location is perfect, near the Old Town and the beach.An old renovated house with a mixture of vintage and modern, with all facilities..

Very nice and cozy house with space and outside space for a family. Good beds and bedrooms!

Tiny kitchen but ok but could be a little bit more equipped. Little dirty (mainly bathroom) but maybe because the owner was very stressed because of electricity problems the day we arrived. But for the price we thought it was ok! Otherwise pleased with the place so would still recommend it!

This is the third time here, and that alone says it all.

Nice appartment, everything according to photo in the profile. Nice yard and red cat that will visit you as a bonus. Easy communication with property owner. Big rooms and AC. Close to the Old Town, grocery shops available in few minutes walk, the same as a lot of resturants.

The only problem that worth to admit is hot water, it is not stable and change to cold few times when you took a shower. I think this is also worth to mention in the description that according to the landscape of the city access to the beach with a stairs. We were first time in the city and do not expect this

We liked the property overall, nice joinery, air con, easy access, comfortable beds, nice garden.
