Cosy and beautiful house in an excellent location near the casino, old city center and beach in Constanta. Nicely furnished and all needed facilities on site.

"Second time at Casa Kogalniceanu. I'm sure that it will be a third time."

This is the second time we've come to "Casa Kogalniceanu". The large rooms, clean bathroom with everything you need, a bench in the yard, proximity to the sea and also to the old center - all these were reasons to come back. Bonus: a gorgeous and lazy orange cat that wanders around the yard.

Very near to the city centre and near the beach. We parked our motorbikes in front of the house, under the light and it was safe.
