Oppihoek was an exceptional overnight stay. Awesome to have rusks and breakfast! The host went to a lot of effort! Loadshedding is also not an issue since the host has made sure that there are lights and a gas stove for when power is out. Thank you for hosting us!

Lovely personal attention. Everything you need especially organized for load shedding. Gas bottle and kettle plugged in light. Breakfast for you muesli, yogurt, muffins best rusks ever. Clean lovely comfortable bed. Perfect stopover Marius & Christa were the perfect hosts. Home from home

"Perfect rest stop"

Quaint unit with private gate. The host added thoughtful items like muffins, muesli and yogurt, a loadshedding lamp and a gas stove. Perfect for a rear stop

The shower water flow was not the best. But everything else was perfect

"Harrismith Gem!"

From the start we felt super comfortable. The room was very neat and cozy. The wifi was also surprisingly top-notch! We will recommend this place to ANYONE who's traveling through Harrismith. This place will definitely see us again. A big 'Thank you' to the owner, Marius.
