"Horrendous, didn’t stay due to safety worries"

Nothing

We didn’t feel safe in the property so didn’t actually end up staying. The outer door did not lock so anyone would be able to get in, the middle coded door was broken and left open. The front door to the property didn’t actually shut properly and the overall area was not as described, the video you get sent to show check in does not look anything like how the property is now. We booked as a couple to stay in the place but there was only one knife and one fork so we couldn’t eat together, the oven was broken and in a state, the walls were all damaged and the property as a whole was not anything like the photos or description
