Nothing, won’t stay again

There was very little privacy as there was only one curtain in each room, no blinds overlooking a main through road, bathroom had frosted glass but NO blinds overlooking!

Nothing it was very poor I had problems with the doors there was rubbish under the sofa pillows there was rubbish and dirty underwear under the bed the sheets weren’t clean either very disappointing and not suitable for a weeks stay the shower is also stuck on either freezing cold or boiling hot no in the middle and not supplied with enough toiletries there was also lots of rubbish bins outside the door on arrival blocking entry to the flat

A lot of rubbish lying around on the floor on the flat and on the entrance of the property

Do expensive . for the money not good value at all very dirty

They never answer the phone and we had a lot of problems by the digital locks we couldn’t. You couldn’t open the doors.

Never answer the phones, so a lot problems to get in property

Nothing never again takes your cash Then ignored a leak in bedroom FIRST night Then on second Day no hot water or shower CONTACTED host no help so SEID we was leaving that day Contacted booking. Com all nice then thay stopped talking just emailed me to say no REFUND to me take the cash FAST and FORGET the customers SORRY IF I SOUND BITTER BUT IT WAS A SURPRISE WEEKEND AWAY.T

I messaged owner regarding no WiFi on the Friday and said it would be resolved however throughout our whole stay it wasn't resolved.

Fridge dirty rubbish in cupboard broken tiles no internet little boy really upset at to come home day early and no refund even one day totally bad staff said get it fixed but nothing disgusting
