Highbridge Inn

Kitchen and living space fine.

Service is extremely poor. They asked me stay in another hotel for the night i was about to check in and it was 11:30PM at night. Because they forgot their pin to get the key.They didn't have access to their own property. This property is not safe even though the door security systems seems like advanced. I lived there for four nights and paid for 5. Booking.com didn't helped. I would prefer travelodge anyway. Highbridge in is Expensive, not safe, very poor service not guaranteed check in.

Clean, spacious, well equipped

Difficulty working out how to get in. The door code thingy is not user friendly. There are two key safes so we wasted time trying to open the wrong one. It was like doing an escape room in reverse! Also difficulty opening the windows. It's not obvious what position to put the catches in, and it takes a lot of strength.

. 1) No views from the windows 2) Can’t open the windows to get fresh air 3) there’s no washing machine in the flat 4) No Remote control for TV 5)There’s No Parking @ the property .

Could only get kettle on the TV but other then that very nice

It was a clean comfortable appartment with good location and no far from the beach etc

Could of done with a pull out bed or something

We had flats 2 and 4. Both very spacious, nicely decorated and light considering close proximity to other properties. Fully immaculately clean throughout and fully equipped kitchen. We could hear some vehicle movement but that’s just the location and certainly wasn’t any bother to us as a family. Shops nearby very handy and parking not far away either. Excellent and modern security features very comforting to see and easy to use . We actually preferred this accommodation to the previous holiday parks and would definitely recommend to others. We had the most wonderful time together as a family, exploring the area and would like to thank the hard working owner and staff for making us feel so very welcome and all of the attention to details, superstars!
