Very happy with the flat had every thing I needed and amenities were near by.

Wi-Fi and internet wasn't working so didn't even have TV and they didn't seem interested in doing anything about it!😠 although I wasn't in the flat during the day it did spoil the experience somewhat!

It’s location was perfect near train station near stops and atm

Tit was spacious and nicely decorated with all needed facilities.

There was a smell. The environment leading up to the apartment was dirty and also smelly

DO NOT BOOK!! Absolutely horrendous stay! Booked for 2 nights, left after the first… Looked nothing like the photos, was dirty and needed some serious tlc - was told there were no tv channels when booking but there would be WiFi for Netflix, this was not the case! Property owner was rude and extremely unhelpful and we didn’t even manage to get a full refund!

Clean and recently decorated

Key code for lock box was incorrect and had to chase owner for correct code on arrival. Internet was down and never told. TV didn't work due to no internet and no digital aerial. Car parking was indicated as free but was not. Flat on dodgy street and unable to lock main door off the street. Key once obtained was very difficult to lock flat door (different to front door on street). Although flat was for 2 people lacked basic essentials high ball glasses and cups but has 6 bowls, plates, cutlery sets. Lacked any character bedroom had one picture and all rooms had 1 curtain not a pair and most didn't fit properly.

Absolutely nothing. Only positive I could say it has potential

No tv/internet connection which stated Mould on bay tub Marks on bed Couldn’t even see through lounge window where the outside of the window was dirty! Whole basket full of dirty stained towels upon landing too flat door Hoover in the middle of the floor upon landing! Heaps of post at front door!

Location was great and the apartment was a very good size.

The door code at the entrance was a bit confusing. The code to the lockbox was incorrect. Netflix didn't work. The shower screen was not fitted correctly to the bath so water went everywhere when showering.

It was big and comfortable

There was no hand towel, only a huge bath towel, there was no outlet in front of the bathtub, only the floor. And it would have been nice to have tea or coffee, the cleanliness was not sufficient, I sent a photo of this on the spot the same day. It's a shame, because if it had been clean, it would have been very good accommodation. If they change this, I think I would go back again.
