The barns location is beautiful and so peaceful, excellent private parking. The barn is comfortable and well equipped, very comfortable bed - amazing sunsets

A perfect place for a weekend getaway! The accommodation is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and offers beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. What we loved most was the peace and tranquillity. Surrounded by nature, it is the ideal place to relax, unwind, and escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The grounds are fantastic, creating a wonderful atmosphere where you can truly enjoy the beauty of the area. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat in a beautiful setting.

Rhiastyn Barn is in a beautiful location with a gorgeous view from the front door. It is well kitted out with everything needed for a stay in the stunning countryside of South Shropshire . It was clean, comfortable and warm with a good shower and well equipped kitchen.

Nothing I can suggest

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful little barn. It’s perfectly positioned overlooking rolling hills, with the most stunning sunsets and the peaceful sound of birds all around a true escape from the hustle and bustle. The owners were lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Inside, everything was just as perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sofa was just as cosy ideal for relaxing after a day out. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A really special place that we’d happily return to. Highly recommend!

It’s genuinely difficult to find anything negative about our stay, as we had such a lovely experience overall. If I had to mention a couple of small points, I’d say the TV could perhaps do with an upgrade. Also, for a weekend stay, having more than one toilet roll provided would be helpful. A small bar of soap and a few mini bottles of shampoo would also be a really nice added touch for guests. These are only minor suggestions, though, and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

Location was great. Lots of hikes near by and the locals were very friendly & knowledgeable of local area.

Surfaces were clean including sheets etc but unfortunately the cutlery wasn’t. We washed everything. But a great amount of room inside cabin

This was the 2nd time we stayed at Rhiastyn Barn, and it didn't disappoint. The views are priceless. The barn itself is very comfortable and spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Simon greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed. Lovely relaxing peaceful time, just what we needed. Thank you, Simon and Jo

Great for getting away from it all

The view was fabulous, and it was spacious and bright. The instructions on how to find it were easy to follow and the parking is right at the bottom of the steps, which is very handy. Overall the property was clean and had most of the basics things you'd need.

It was disappointing to find the extractors both in the kitchen and bathroom full of flies, some still alive. I was told swarm flies are a common problem at this time of year, but that didn't make cleaning dead flies off of the work top and out of the shower any more enjoyable. The sound of them is also quite irritating, especially the ones that remained in the extractor light, which I couldn't kill.
