Spitia Tzitzi

Themis and Maria made us feel at home right away. Themis met us in town and helped us settle in. Our cave was amazing - right in front of the best view in Santorini - and equipped with our own hot tub and everything we needed. We liked chatting with Themis and getting some tips about what to do. I recommend renting a car if you only have a few days. We went all around the island & were able to dodge some of the tourists because they stick to one or two places.

Maria and her team go out of their way to make your stay a perfect one. We were met in the square and escorted to the property a 2 minute walk away. The views are magical…a full view of the caldera from one of the highest points. They have an app with many great hints of what to do, restaurants, etc. We followed many of the recommendations and were never disappointed.

Very personal and thoughtful service, really felt that our vacation experience was important to them and that we were important to them. Breakfast was amazing! Prepared fresh, delivered to our patio table in the morning. Always with a personal conversation with Themis and/or Maria. Our hosts were what really made this such a perfect experience. The view was amazing, the accommodations were everything we could want. Liked the pathway walk to Fira and the market across the street. Would certainly tell everyone headed to Santorini to stay here!

We can't think of any way that the stay could have been improved! Know that there are steep stairs if that is an issue for you. Worth it though!!

Outstanding in every way. Hosts Maria and Themis went out of their way to make our stay pleasant, comfortable, and memorable. The property is extremely well managed, and the view is something that I will not soon forget.

Beautiful location with outstanding views as it’s quite high up. Lots of space, comfy bed and a wonderful big terrace with a fabulous warm plunge pool. Themis and Maria were amazing hosts, so helpful and friendly. Home cooked delicious breakfast delivered to our terrace each morning! A great location too - close to everything but away from the really busy touristy centre.

I stayed in the studio for one week just before the start of the tourist season. The view from the studio is just amazing. The hosts Maria and Themis are also amazing. Every morning a great healthy breakfast brought to the studio. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Wifi is great. You can just walk to Fira in 15 minutes. Perfect!!

We love everything at Spitia Tzitzi! From the moment of the (super late midnight) arrival, Themis the manager waited for us and welcomed us to the villa personally. The place is amazing, we appreciate the privacy because of the perfect location and the view is exceptional. Plus, Themis is a great chef! Breakfast was fantastic with local touch! The villa also offers stay for romantic getaway :) Certainly highly recommended for both family or couple holidays.
