No words to explain the view from our balcony. Finally got the right place to stay in Santorini. For all couples please reserve your place and enjoy your holiday in best possible way with this place . Staff were so nice and helpful. Also the owner is always smiling and welcoming us.

Maria and Themis care deeply about the properties and their guests. Friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended staying and enjoying the views and the overall location!

Our group of friends had the most fantastic 4 night stay at Spitia Tzitzi. We booked three rooms at the property for our group of 10 and it was so convenient to be right next to each other with access to both plunge pool and hot tub during our stay. The views from the location are absolutely phenomenal and I cannot say enough great things about our hosts. Breakfast served on patios each morning was a highlight of the group and everyone looked forward to the amazing homemade juice and food each day. In addition to preparing this wonderful meal each morning, Themis went above and beyond to help us with any/all transportation, reservations, tour bookings, etc. we needed while on our stay (no small feat with such a large group)!

Nothing to add here! Only one note to be careful walking on steps out of pools, etc. (as expected anywhere on the island though) as when wet can be quite slippery!

Breathtaking views, Themis is so professional and kind and knowledgeable, he knows the area very well!

excellent location and view of caldera. just 20 steps to property . laundry service available. fresh breakfast and queen size beds along with separate bathroom. The jacuzzi just for the house overlooking the caldera was icing on cake . great hospitality by Themis and his team .place is very centrally located with great restaurants within 5-7 min

The view was stunning, the staff were incredibly helpful, the location was amazing (quick walk to anywhere in Imerovigli, bit longer walk to Fira). they provide breakfast each morning which was delicious and helped us start the day off well!

nothing we didn’t love, but a couple things to note! the jacuzzi is very warm but is not a hot tub (does not get up to 100+ temperature). we still spent tons of time in it and loved it! also, you cannot flush toilet paper, but they provide a bidet so it still was great!

Everything about our stay was incredible. Our hosts Maria and Themis went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious and even included freshly squeezed juices and jams with fruit from their garden. The location is perfect, you will get the most incredible view of the Caledra and the ocean, you can sit and watch the view for hours. We had a beautiful room with a large terrace with a jacuzzi. The room was spacious with its own lounge/dining and the bed very comfortable. Super quiet to sleep and a lovely setting. An easy walk into the town Fira close by and I’d recommend to do the hike to Oia aswell. Do yourself a favour and stay here. This was my favourite accomodation I’ve ever stayed at, which comes down to not only the stunning location but the hosts Maria and Themis making it such an enjoyable stay. To top it off, Themis even delivered our phone to the port when we realised we had left it in the street as we were leaving!! So kind of him. Maria even made us a delicious packed breakfast on the day we were leaving. We will be back again!!
