Apartments Finca El Rincón

great views, spaciaous apartment, kitchen had good amount of equipment, very large garden with lush plants, close to sea, lots of light, swimming pool was warm as had an openable cover, lots of nature and chickens and ducks wandering around, not overlooked by other properties. Access to coastal path from property, shower worked well.

The apartment is a little dated and some of the furniture was old and a bit broken. the garden is wild and overgrown in some parts. it can quite often be cloudy in this location. but the temperature is good.

A bit messy but beautiful garden with chicks and ducks :) roosters screamed from very early morning (3:30 am) but we miss them now :) enough place for 6 people, nice big terrace with a view (but not very private, its close to another apt's terrace). The best beach on the island is just below the garden.

1 bathroom for 6 ppl (but there is extra wc in the garden if urgent :) ) bathroom and kitchen definitely require renovation. other furniture is old but not ruined and that's ok, it has charm. terrace furniture can be better too (its plastic) if they renovate the whole place and take better care of garden, this place would be 5 star finca.
