Beautiful apartment in an amazing location

The property itself was very clean and well presented. Great bathrooms, excellent Shower.

The entrance to the property does not give a good first impression with bins, buckets, cleaning equipment and bags of dirty laundry. There are two sets of very narrow stairs which I was unaware of. There is no natural airflow in the apartment as there are no opening windows. Also very little natural light as skylights in the bedrooms are covered over. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Location

Lack of any view outside. It felt stuffy and claustrophobic. It would have been nice to have some teabags too.

It was very central

The parking prior to 5:30pm was awful, it had to be renewed or moved every hour. The dining chairs were falling apart. One of the bedside pendant lights was missing and the fry pan needs to be replaced. It wasn’t mentioned but the access to the apartment is up steep narrow stairs.

Location to the CBD mall.

There was a layer of dirt across the floor, becoming apparent after wiping something off the ground. Potentially just city dirt that has built up over time.
