Central city apartment

Great location, we walked everywhere. Parking overnight on a Saturday in the council Carpark cost $7.20 and it was safe overnight (don’t park there if you need to get out before 10am on a Sunday, it’s locked up). Clean and well equipped apartment, nice bathrooms. Surprisingly quiet given the location (when neighbours are quiet..). Great communication from the host made it really easy to locate and enter. Cute animal books!

Neighbours partied til 2am, luckily we were out til relatively late ourselves or that would have been very annoying. As mentioned, there are no windows to air out the apartment, and I’m personally not a fan of artificial air fresheners.

As above. I left a small bag behind and the owners had kept it aside for me, I picked it up a week later without any hassle. Very easy self check code entry.

Beds were very comfortable. Apartment looked lovely when we got there, but then we started to see the dirty things.

Owner said that they had sent an email with check-in information, I checked all of my incoming emails, and we did not receive any details. Apartment was dirty, we had to rewash all the dishes. Cups were stained. Milk frother had sour milk in it. A false nail was found in the living room. Bed side table in single room was sticky.

Excellent beds, bathrooms and cleanliness. Great location, walk straight on the mall in Brisbane street with secure access. Well-appointed kitchen with plenty of room and a second bedroom and bathroom for our companion. Interesting front entrance! Washing machine and clothes drier were a great idea
