Central city apartment

Location was 100/100! So good! Layout of the house was super clever, loads of space for a small building, very modern and clean and comfortable

Very nice central location.

When unexpected circumstances arose, the owner was willing to allow a later checkout, however this was not acceptable to the cleaner who could not / would not be flexible. During a tumultuous time it was disappointing.

No parking

Location right in cbd. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms as there were three of us. Good kitchen facilities and fridge in apartment. We had kettle that leaked and Marlene organized a new one straight away. Very much appreciated. Lovely bathroom and hot water. Fluffy bath towels. Also very safe as secure complex.

Probably only negative was no open windows. We knew it was going to be a long apartment and that was no problem at all.

Great location, funky layout and decor. Great facilities. Father and son on motorcycles - secure parking close-by with excellent communication by host.

Very happy with everything.

Trying to find a park close by when we arrived. Having to carry luggage up two sets of stairs.

Location & decor

The noise, it wasn’t even slightly sound proof. All the security/apartment door locking mechanism is loud, so you could hear all people’s coming and going. The other guests were inconsiderate of others. And the street noise was like you was on the street.

Great spot right in centre of Launceston. Modern apartment and had everything you needed. Would stay again!

Noise outside on street all night for hours car and motorbike hooning up and down soo loud. Rang police at 3.30am after not much sleep but still went on. Nothing against property though.

No windows. Traffic noise
