Spacious Shude Hill Apartment With Balcony

Location and size was amazing.. there was a total of 7 double beds and 3 double sofa beds in lounge. Great size lounge and kitchen diner .. plenty of cups plates glasses etc for a large group. Lyndsey the customer service manager was extremely helpful and efficient. Right next to the printworks rear entrance across the road next to the Morrisons shop down the alley. I will definitely return.

Cleaners mentioned to the manager that we broke a door handle ( which we definitely did not) we were a group of 4 over 60’s women.. we nattered until the small hours and used very little by way of the facilities, however Lyndsey the manager RESOLVED this problem immediately and efficiently.. I would video the apartment before I leave the next time we visit.

Location in Manchester is superb for the Printworks and AO Arena. You are right in the centre of the action. The apartment is huge, with very comfy beds, 2 bathrooms, pull out sofas, working kitchen facilities and dining table. Ample space for large friends groups. The hosts were readily contactable for any issues. Reasonable Parking is available a short walk away. I would definitely look to book again for a group of friends attending a gig at the AO Arena.

The blinds were broken and ineffective in most of the rooms if you need blackout to sleep. And if centre of town revellers and clean up crew noises are bothersome to you, these may impact on your stay. They did not affect us. A security deposit is required, refundable if there are no issues. Although it wasn't an issue for us, I didn't see this in the listing when I booked so if it was mentioned, maybe needs more prominence?

Big rooms comfortable and clean

It is located in central Manchester City. The proximity to the shopping mall, shops, central bus station, and public car park. There are also lots of interesting places nearby to chill out.

The winding stairs of taking my bags up to the second floor. The location is the back alley, but only at the mouth of the alley. However, the alley is well-lit. At night, since it is close to nearby bars and nightlife spots, it can be noisy. But, later, late at night, the noises subsided.

Location was perfect , 5 min walk from Arena and centre of town , size of the property was really good

There was a used teabag left in a cup on the sink - not a massive deal though . One of the toilets could have been cleaner .

Location was really great. Next to transport links and plenty of bars and places to eat pretty close too. Easy to follow check in process too. All facilities you need for a stay from microwave, crockery and cutlery to TV with streaming facilities.

It's a personal thing, but the beds were incredibly soft which isn't something I like, but as I say that's personal to me. From other reviews due to the location I expected a bit of noise from outside but tbh that wasn't bad. However I could hear every movement from upstairs and on the stairs.
