Super emplacement parfait pour se retrouver en famille, j'ai hâte de retourner l'année prochaine

Rien à signaler, pas de serviettes disponibles ici mais on nous a prévenu d'avance donc franchement tout était super bien organisé. Tous les messages sur WhatsApp dans la semaine d'arrivée avec explications et vidéos. Fabuleux

The location is good for the area but its on the 3rd floor and the lift is still not working. good clear instructions from the owner on how to access the apartment. Allocated secure parking for 1 car.

The apartment needs a lot of TLC, the walls and shower are grubby and the cleaning leaves a lot to be desired ( crumbs in the beds from previous user) Although there are fittings for them there are no smoke alarms in the property, The TV doesn't work and the lift is out of order. we are a group of 60 + and struggled to climb the stairs, this is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We would not stay again unless it was improved and would not recommend to friends. There is only 1 set of keys so you all need to go back at the same time or you cant access the building.

Terrible, do not book.

Smell of cannabis everywhere in the block of flats. Not clean, stains on bedsheets and bedding, TV doesn’t work, internet doesn’t work, heating doesn’t work, pans are dirty, list different work when I was there. You have to turn the hot water on your self and keep it topped up throughout the day or you have a cold shower (can’t use bath as no plugs)!!! Customer service terrible. Would NOT recommend. I requested a refund due to how bad it was and have stilll not received. Would not book EVER. This is not a one off review, I stay in and around Manchester all the time - worst place I’ve stayed hands down! - if your still thinking of booking after reading this, then good luck!

Very spacious, suitable for a larger group of people.

The location was perfect for us as we came to an urban festival at Manchester Academy and this building is 5 min walk. The apartment was big, has an allocated parking spot. Has a big fridge freezer, washing machine, an en suite and one more bathroom. Easy to find.

The lift was broken and we were not made aware of that. The flat was on the top floor. I have mobility issues so it made my stay very painful. One of the bathrooms had mould on the wall and in general the apartment looked like a rather run down student accommodation. Given that there were 2 bedrooms and 5 beds (!) plus a sofa bed, the fact that the landlady gave us the 3rd degree on whether there were only 2 of us staying, felt a tad strange. Yes, we are a couple, but we both snore and have different sleeping patterns. We had friends staying in another flat in the same building, and they might have been staying on another planet, it was so much better. We only received one set of keys, and when I politely asked if we could get another one (so that we didn't need to always come and go together), I received a rather cold "no, and don't lose these keys" as if we were teenagers. She also gave us a very strange instruction of "do NOT strip the bedding" and the only reason I can think of why is a bit grim. Makes you wonder if the bedding is being re-used without washing. Oh, and one of the mattresses was in such a bad state (sloping on one side) that my partner had to switch beds mid stay.
