Good location and value for money

Location and value for money, spaces flat with everything you need, good bedding, sofa but in general the flat a bit ages with wall, bathroom and living room furnitures (but have good leather sofa and television).

Lots of bed space, two bathrooms, good location near Manchester city centre, nice view from balcony, fan in the room and lots of storage space.

The place felt a bit old and there was exterior maintenance that woke us up in the mornings unfortunately. The system for getting hot water was a bit confusing.

Close to work. easy dealing with the host.

very old, mould in the kitchen and bathroom, everything greasy. Needs a good deep clean.

The property was very dirty including hairs in the base sheets of the beds. They seemed to have tried to ram as many beds in the flat to maximise the money they could charge for the flat. The lift didn’t work and my poor 83 year old mum had to walk up 4 flights of steps. I had to pay £100 deposits on top of the booking costs and got a lot of instructions from the owner in CAPITAL LETTER saying if we made a noise in the flat we would loose the deposit. We walked and then straight out. I had to then find alternative accommodation at very short notice for my family . Not a great start to the trip

The host is incredibly rude and lacks communication skills. Just poor overall.

I won't recommend it

The flat dirty and everything inside old and with no taste. I was struggling to go inside the building as the key didn't work property. În each room was like a double bed and a single one. Even in the living room was a double bed.I have never experienced booking this kind of place. I can't believe that the owner is not embarrassed to rent that flat. Never again.
