The size to sleep a group was passable. Very informative information on how to access the property & check in.

It was filthy. Everywhere. The floors were disgusting. Down the side of the beds and the sofas was filthy. Hair, dust, dirt and even food crumbs everywhere. The bathroom smelt of drains and there was hair around the sink, toilet and shower. Showering without touching anything or stepping onto the floor afterwards was like trying to win stars for camp. The kitchen would have ended Kim Woodburns career. A huge sticky patch in the middle of the floor. No blind or curtain at the window. Cobwebs and dust over the windowsill and around the window. The dials on the oven and cupboard handles had sticky marks & dirt & filth stuck to them. Inside the oven looked like it had never been cleaned. We bought oven pizzas to do quickly before heading out, but we did not want to use the oven after seeing the state of it. The kitchen drawers had left over food, rubbish and a half drank bottle of orange juice inside it which had gone mouldy! The cutlery and utensils in the drawers were also questionably clean, looked as if they’d perhaps been splashed under a running tap for a few seconds and put back. In the bedroom a pair of power sockets did not work at all and I’m not convinced any of the bedding had been changed.

Good place near to Oxford Road

The location was close to University of Manchester. The owner is a wonderful host We had left behind a pouch with money behind. She duly found the pouch and returned to us. Amazing host.

We liked everything.

The location was good because of where we was working. The property was equipped to make tea and coffee a small meal with a working cooker, fridge and freezer. Plenty of sleeping space

The first bathroom had mould around the bath tub, the shower was not in working order and no working light we had to buy a flash light. Due to the mould the flat has a damp smell.

Fantastic family accommodation for short trim as apartment is very neat, wide and walking distance to city centre. Had two washroom and lovely kitchen along with sitting room. Got advance back within two hours without any headache. Great services and highly recommended.
