I liked how spacious it was, and there was heating as well. Manchester is very cold at this time of year, so that was great to have. It's very clean and has all you need to feel comfortable.

I didn't dislike anything.

The location was convenient for us. We needed to be near the Manchester Royal Infirmary and that was a 10 minute walk away. It was comfortable, very light and spacious. The bathrooms were good, the kitchen was good. It’s close to the Oxford Road so very central. Parking is provided for one car so that was good for us.

The plumbing was maybe not the best. We found there were smells. We kept the windows opened and that was ok. I get it. Our plumbing isn’t the best at home either.

It was in a good location for the event, modern furnish and ample beds.

We came for a university week at Uni of Manchester and the location was really convenient. Parking space was a bonus, and the host provided very detailed instructions.

There was a really overwhelming smell of sewage in the flat, particularly in the en-suite bathroom. This seemed to be a problem in the whole building as there was a notice from another tenant regarding complaints about the smell. The flat didn’t feel very clean. The bathrooms need a deep clean and the whole flat could do with a clean. There were also items in cupboards/drawers either from previous guests or the owner that made it seem like we had just stepped into someone’s home (half empty shower gels and shampoos, empty food packets in drawer) No towels provided, however due to the cleanliness of the flat in general I’m not sure I would’ve wanted to use one if provided.
