Je kan het gebouw langs twee kanten uitlopen en langs beide kanten is het 2 minuten wandelen naar het strand. Langs beide kanten is er ook een security. Wanneer je daar aankomt moet iedereen die er gaat verblijven paspoorten laten en formulieren invullen. Dat duurt maar max 5 min . Daarna laten ze zien welke entree je moet nemen voor je appartement. En is ook een parkeerplek in de garage dan heb je ook je paspoort nodig en kenteken. Voor de rest is het gemakkelijk om binnen en buiten te komen want de security is er 24/7 om de toegang te geven. Wat ik persoonlijk echt fijn vond is dat er een elektrische verwarming was!

In 1 slaapkamer is er een beetje vocht in de muren maar daar hadden ze al apparaten voor dus daar werd al aan gewerkt. Maar alles was echt schoon en stofvrij.

Emplacement idéal, bon éclairage, climatisation fonctionnelle et environnement calme.

Je n’ai pas apprécié la taille très réduite de la télévision ainsi que l’absence de YouTube. La TV est très modeste. Les canapés étaient très sales et pas propres. Le sol de la chambre à coucher est très dégradé, tout comme le canapé-lit qui est également en mauvais état. De manière générale, l’appartement nécessite d’être retapé et rénové, car plusieurs éléments sont dégradés et manquent d’entretien.
